Victoria started her career at the International Television production company RDF as Executive P.A to the Head of Agency, representing high profile talent. Victoria’s next move was to an entertainment company, not only representing actors, but also managing circus and theatrical entertainment all over the country..

Anna Vinh To
Managing Director

Previously a freelance project manager for a U.K entertainment company, managing and co-coordinating every aspect of circus and theatrical entertainment, for hundreds of schools and thousands of children nationwide.

Both Victoria and Anna decided to create the partnership ‘Covent Garden Arts’ which was designed for - and prides itself on providing the highest quality of creative Educational Entertainment for Children, bringing together fun and new skills to children from all walks of life.
